Phuon Vanchhoy was born in 2003 in Prey Chhor District, Kampong Cham Province. She is a former Girl Scout at Sreng Kim High School. Vannchoy currently holds a bachelor's degree in linguistics from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. While studying at the Faculty of Sociology and Humanities, she did an internship at Mengly J. Quach University in 2023. This helped her develop her skills and gain experience, as well as familiarize herself with the working world.

With great commitment at work, in 2024, after successfully graduating from the Department of Linguistics at the Royal University of Phnom Penh, she was given the opportunity to join the full-time job as an "Assistant Transcriber."
